Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology
(HMCT)
DURATION: Three years full time
course.
ELIGIBILITY: The candidate should
have passed the HSC (XII) Std Examination or its equivalent in any
stream with minimum 50% marks.
The candidate should be less
than 22 yrs of age as on 1st July of the respective academic year.
Relaxable to 25 years for reserve category candidates.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE: Duly filled in
application forms will be accepted until a preset date. A shortlist
of students for personal interviews would be put up.
SELECTION CRITERIA: Criteria for selection
includes academic performance, participation in sporting and extra
curricular activities, personality of the candidate and other
acceptable qualities required for a long standing career in the
industry.
FEES: Fees as structured by the
Board of technical Examination (BTE).
REFUND: No request for any refund will be
entertained.
COURSE AWARD: Diploma in Hotel
Management & Catering Technology (H.M.C.T) awarded by the BTE
Maharashtra.
AFFILIATIONS: The Institute is
affiliated to the BTE and approved by the AICTE.
EXAMINATION: Conducted by the BTE,
Maharashtra.
TRAINING: Minimum 12 weeks
industrial exposure during vacations. |
