Rizvi HMCT in over more than 2 decades of existence is known to churn out high quality hospitality professionals who have acquired a set of knowledge and concepts, and have developed a range of technical, personal, interpersonal, organizational and generic skills, that can be applied in various contexts, both within and beyond the industry. The reason I can say this with great confidence as I have had an opportunity to be a part of the Rizvi academia way back in 2004 as a Lecturer for Rooms Division. The students are constantly encouraged to apply and execute from the curriculum and also stretch their limits of creativity/innovation (food fairs, theme dinners, culinary extravaganza). They are supported in this discovery by a team of competent faculty equally motivated to deliver on the demand for their time and acquired industry experiences.
I commend Chef Padma Kumar and his team at Rizvi for the extra effort, dedication, insights and opinions which are all extremely valuable to the successful undertakings of this organization.
