Placements for the Final year students begin early September and continue till March and sometimes till May; thereby ensuring maximum advantage to the students. The Training and Placement Department facilitates on campus recruitment by giving a common platform to students seeking jobs. It invites Five Star properties and other recruiters such as Airlines and International fast-food chains to be a part of the placement process at Rizvi HMCT.

Each year there is 100% placements done for internships by the Training Department.
For placement a large number of prospective employers are contacted during the year and efforts are made to invite those organizations to visit our college to conduct campus recruitments. The objective of the Training and Placement Department is to achieve 100% employment. Since its inception more than 5000 students have graduated and have been absorbed in 5 star properties.
The following bar graph illustrates the percentage of students interviewed by Hotels (Mumbai, Rest of India, International) in the last three years. Every year Five star Hotels approaching Rizvi College of Hotel Management are from the Mumbai region and some from other states.
